Explanation: It is not invalid command format. It is invalid phone number. Error message should have stated that.

Severity: Low

Justification: It is unlikely that a person would add a one digit phone number, but error message should have been more accurate.

Team's Response

The command comprises of its individual components - name, email, phone number etc. - and an incorrectly formatted component means that the format of the command is incorrect. Do note that the error message is technically accurate, even if imprecise.

While the error message can be clearer, that is a possible enhancement as opposed to a bug in the current implementation of PeopleSoft.
