the WCS grid does not change after changing the equinox and radesys variable in the WCS

in WCSlib the epoch and radsys keywords are not used (auxiliary ones). Therefore, they are not used and the system transformation is not handled by wcslib

for the moment celestial system transformation will not be implemented for lack of time. Moreover, the current standard is J2000/FK5, which usually is observed in the creation of modern fits file.
