SlicerAstro does not support anymore the build against Slicer with Qt4.

Slicer and SlicerAstro do build against Qt5, however, the current linux 3DSlicer nightly binaries are suspended until kitware will fully complete the factory machines (https://www.slicer.org/wiki/Documentation/Nightly/Developers/Factory) porting to Qt5 for linux as well (https://discourse.slicer.org/t/are-qt4-and-qt5-still-supported/2233).
