Chat doesn't connect when using Rift Explorer #106

I think it's related to the system.yaml edition. Removing the Riot client part breaks the chat because (I believe) Riot services do not get started when starting the client this way. It's a bit annoying when you have to send calls to the lol-chat plugin, and more plugins might break in the future.

This is a known issue and we are working on a fix, It most likely is due to the chat portion being handed off to the Riot client rather than the league client handling it.

It doesn't seem to work with garena servers (like Vietnamese servers). How do i fix it?

The main issue should be resolved in Rift Explorer 7 as for @nhayhoc you ill need to make a separate issue for that with more info like logs.
