No torch dropped on break + Incorrect config setup #34

Vanilla Minecraft torches do not drop when you break them by hand in 0.7.1

Also, the config file says `

Does rain put out torches [Default = true]

    B:"Enable Player Acid Rain"=true`

Enable Player Acid Rain is found previously in the config file, so I'm guessing this is incorrect.
