If a fragment has been loaded at any time, then it is not refreshed on search

Thought: delete all fragments on refresh The issue might be caused by the old fragments still being displayed but the new fragments being searched

searching now works after refresh but the fix caused the fragments that were loaded to not be reloaded on refresh
