Obtain or create an organized list of buildings and locations on campus #30

This list might be available in JSON format on the old Purdue app, but it might need to be updated.

List should be JSON format to be shipped with the app or available via an online API
Contains a list of every building on campus (name and abbreviation if available)
Contains categories for each building
Contains a lat/lng point for the center of the building

Optional

List of all corners of each building so we can draw a polygon around it (might be useful?)
