How to use Dragonfly #1

I build Dragonfly successfully, but how to use it。I will report an error when I directly run the client or server executable file。

The author make a run_eval_partial_main_result.py in the docker, you can run the py file to test the dragonfly. Besides, the docker also contain the dataset(e.g., bandwidth_traces, users_dataset, videos), so i think the best way to use is to run in the docker
