Problem Formulation: Spatial Correlation #2

Formulate the problem for a simple topology: 1 PU and 1 SU. Do the math showing the approach to tackle the learning problem or action space approximation problem by using the correlation between bands in the presence of a latent PU.

Develop a LaTeX document detailing the motivation, problem statement, problem formulation, and solution by 03-Oct-2018.
