Scroll pane force-scrolls to bottom upon data refresh, regardless of user input #41

Oops. Need to take a look at JQuery JScrollPane's API to see what our options are. Desired behavior is auto-scroll-to-bottom when already scrolled to bottom, but cease auto-scrolling once the user scrolls up.
