This installs very few files, including WC2.CFG. All the other files are manually copied from the disc
A few files were left out to match with GOG. INSTALL.DAT is one of them, and doesn't seem to be needed, but I left it in the DOSC just in case
DOSC has the required WC2.CFG file, game speed reduced, and auto start, plus an MT-32 option. cpu_year: 1989 is used to slow down the game, a little lower than GOG's 8000 cycles
