CameraPlus's update (or something) caused CameraPlus cameras to get returned when looking for LIV objects. This PR checks the names of all LIV objects to ensure the masks are applied to the right one. I also removed the code for obsolete plugins and added a setting to exclude specific CamPlus cameras from getting masked.

Example of new setting: ExcludedCamPlusCams=customcamera1.cfg,cameraplus.cfg

How about try getting it to work with the new independent Muti-View plugin instead of removing support for it?
