Fix ugly perl dependancy #42

A small improvement to darwnbuild. The author of that part of the script expressed they never wanted to use perl(1), so I granted their wish.

One minor change was needed (which I applied myself in 7d38cb0), but otherwise this works great. Thanks for your contribution!
