It's buildable I tried before, but it's rather just an pure AOSP rom at this stage

No it was Oreo I tried before (like 2 months ago) lol

No zip file as it was not built, use fastboot flash instead, I don't think userdata and ramdisk is useful anyway. Download vendor, bootloader, radio and other things from Google site

Vendor folder is empty
