Several minor updates:

  1. Fixes Issue#51 where table utilisation gauge does not reflect percentage value
  2. Changes Pure Storage logo for one which works for both light and dark modes
  3. Fixed inconsistency with some colour formatting
  4. Shortened some table column names to fit column widths

Updates to README.md to reflect latest tested software versions.
