Can not connect Pure1 Unplugged on Purity 5.1.x. #14

Hi,

I have a plan to implement the Pure1 Unplugged on Purity 5.1.x. So I am testing now with https://support.purestorage.com/Pure1/Pure1_Unplugged It works well on the Purity 4.10.x and Flashblade as well.

But it's not working on Purity 5.1.10 and on Purity 5.1.3.

I checked the API version as below;

Could you let me know how to solve this problem?

Hi, It's working with FA-m10r2 5.1.13... Did you tried "telnet ip_of_your_pure_storage_array 80" from your Pure1-unplugged appliance, or from another host on same subnet ? Best regards.

Hello @Richard-Noh , is your problem still occurring? If it is, I'll test with a 5.1.10 and/or 5.1.3 array on our side to see if it's an API issue or a connectivity issue (and much thanks @PureStrgUser01 for your note on 5.1.13 and debugging tips, that's good to hear). Thanks!
