I am a big fan of PureseqTM and intend to write an R package to call PureseqTM from R. I do that commonly for tools I enjoy. Usually, however, I pick the same license as the original tool, or something that is compatible. However, not in the BioRxiv article not here I could find a license.
I would like to suggest to add a license.
If you'd ask me: my favorite is GPL-3, but many others are fine as well.
