Properly configured webpack for build webextension with great help from webextension-toolbox

Next phase is switch base code UI/UX from scratch js to React build react is built-in webextension-toolbox

Voila, j'ai fait un script node pour démarrer chrome en cross-plateforme.

Je te laisse vérifier que ça marche sur linux, sur windows c'est OK. Au final c'est un switch case à la con sur process.plateform pour spawn la bonne commande.

Et puis si c'est pas bon sur mac, osef xD
