Cloud Function to verify Spotify artist name #7

[x] Create firebase end-point
[x] What Spotify API call do we use to detect artist?
[x] Should we cache the artist ID/names in the firebase database?
[ ] Save ID, Name, Images, popularity, URI in the database
[ ] Send success response if found with ID, Name, Images, popularity, URI
[ ] Send error response if not found

@slizbethellis @Christian-Ford Call the https://us-central1-purgify-3a0bc.cloudfunctions.net/detectArtist?name=Rkelly end-point from the front-end to detect if the artist is found in Spotify

Right now it will just return some text
