Stale streams #1008

How long are stale streams supposed to be up - at times it takes serveral minutes even for streamid 0 connections to dissolve. Any hints on this ?

Is there any news on this topic - when torrenting i2pd crashes after some time as the stale streams constantly pile up ?

Streams closing after few tries with icreasing retry timer.

Closing due to inactivity. If problem still happen please open new issue.
