Да и по предыдущему стеку понятно. Надо попробовать 2.12 - там много чего в этом плане исправлено.
Этот баг плавающий, прошлый раз упало после приблизительно полутора суток, в этот раз проработало около 4 суток. Понаблюдаю за 2.12.

Плавающий баг всплывает непредсказуемо по времени, но регулярно и одинаково. На этот раз прожило немного больше суток. На другой машинке не проявляется. Возможно, не уверен, особенность в том, что на этом vds 256М ОЗУ и в top %Cpu(s): 70,0 st или около того при работе i2pd Debian 7.11 32 bit

Урезал, посмотрю что будет. 32 Кбит/с - интернет из 90-х :)
а памяти 256мегов разве нет? :)
Ну тогда уж 32 МБ или даже 16, если вспомнить 90-е, но самый мелкий vds 64 метра, попадался пару лет назад. А в обсуждаемом случае в объем ОЗУ не упирается по моим наблюдениям, скорее упирается в проц, который бывает занят на 90-99%, из которых около 70-80% "stolen from this vm by the hypervisor". По этому поводу конечно можно поспрашивать хостера, но практического смысла думаю нет, т.к. ничего, кроме этого бага, там не хостится.
Мне кажется, что bandwidth = L ни на что не влияет, по крайней мере в моей конфигурации. В течение часа-двух разогнался до 350-450 Кбит/с (по 200 ко мне и от меня) и стабилизировался, вероятно уперся в 99% процессора. %MEM не более 20. На первый взгляд ничем не отличается от bandwidth = 20480.

ОК, перзапустил с floodfill = false
прошло около часа, вижу около 500 Кбит/с (туда 250+ обратно 250), иногда доходит до 800, возможно по причине меньшей нагрузки на CPU floodfill = false bandwidth = L вероятно, я что-то неправильно понимаю
L это в килоБАЙТАХ не в килибитах, то есть 300 килобитю Подскаивать может это примерное ограничение регулируемое только транзитным трафиком
иногда пишут KB-килобайты, Kb-килобиты, но часто все вперемешку

Да, действительно, даже очень много. На 256М без свопа с предварительно установленным oom_score_adj=-999 для i2pd OOM-киллер убил полсистемы, но все равно разбухший i2pd не влез в память и был убит. Не дожил до своего segfault-а. Версия 2.12 Это все с floodfill=true и bandwidth=20480 Debian Jessie 64 bit

Напоследок посмотрел, сколько сожрано памяти. 76MB, а было 110, вероятно где-то там и сломался.
Trunk собрал так git clone https://github.com/PurpleI2P/i2pd.git cd i2pd debuild --no-tgz-check -b получил i2pd_2.12.0-1_i386.deb и i2pd-dbg_2.12.0-1_i386.deb Отсутствие каких-либо пометок, о том, что это уже не совсем 2.12 смущать не должен? В version.h между релизами ничего не добавляется?

Транк, 32 bit Wheezy, uptime 1 день ОЗУ 28 МБ А в той https://github.com/PurpleI2P/i2pd/issues/799#issuecomment-290649241 смерти 2.12 похоже был виноват VDS, или ВМ, или гипервизор
Транк от 30 апреля марта пока не упал, uptime 9 суток, отожрал 33 МБ ОЗУ

Транк от 30 марта все еще не упал. Uptime 16 дней 18 часов, 39 МБ ОЗУ. Флибуста открывается. Пожалуй пора заканчивать с ним?
явно все нормально работает
2.13, uptime 5 дней 3 часа, пока не упал тот 32 bit Wheezy, где падал 2.12
