Upgrade to Scala ~3.3.3~ 3.4.1 #704

Generally, Indigo has been at the bleeding edge of Scala / Scala.js versions. I'm wondering though if it would be sensible to stay on the LTS version rather than upgrading to 3.4.x.... Indigo's development has never been particularly sensible though... :thinking:

Having mulled this over, I think our libs should go LTS. Scala's tooling story needs all help it can get...

Soo we had a bit of a group discussion, and the view was that actually Indigo should live on the bleeding edge until 1.x.x is released (so... 2035-ish). Tyrian and Ultraviolet are lined up for 3.4.1 now. and Indigo will follow.
