Allow misc symbols to be placed on the board for others to see to aid in planing #84

Many times whiles planning a move you want to indicate where you plan to move or suggest where someone should go. Right now we can drag our character over but then we might forget where it was or we could summon something else like a barrow but it would be good to label it somehow

Describe the new feature you'd like

Allow users to drop a misc symbols like X's and O's or something to indicate where people should go or try to prevent movement by enemies. Allow users to set any label or to prevent profanity provide a list of phrases like "Go Here", "Attack here?", etc.

confirmed can now highlight hexes with a pulsing hex as well as select a from 6 fixed colors. thanks!
