WPorg listing with Freemius integration #158

Removes YahnisElsts & ptc-resources-server update hooks, and integrates with Freemius. Also ensures compatibility with WordPress.org's Plugin Guidelines for submission to the official repository.

This is basically going to remain open until WPorg approves the listing so I can switch plugin hosting to them.

Current Tasks

Alright, it seems all that's left in the Plugin Check is that PHPCS errors and warnings are detected. Hopefully there's nothing too major to resolve with those, but we're very close to having this ready for final review!

However, I do still want to remove the integration with Freemius. So we'll finish up this branch and then make a new one to remove Freemius so that we have this branch for future reference if we ever want to integrate it back. We can always delete this branch if/when it becomes entirely irrelevant because we've launched our own licensing + eCommerce solution.

Alrighty! Most of the review should be done. Let's just remove the Freemius integration, and then we can send it back to the Plugin Review Team.

Not going to release with Freemius and Completionist Pro offering for now.
