I just noticed this and can't remember why I set it up this way. I haven't looked into it, but I believe this was done to respect privacy of Asana users that haven't connected their Asana account to WordPress. However, we really should just follow the information Asana authorizes for display. If the person can see that collaborator in Asana, then it's simply inconvenient and annoying to not reflect that information within WordPress!
