Don't use imprecise relative due dates

I just realized how awful this experience is because I don't know what the actual due date is. Issue https://github.com/PurpleTurtleCreative/completionist/issues/181 should resolve this, but I want to make sure we aren't displaying relative due dates anywhere because it isn't that helpful after all. I think "today" and "tomorrow" make a lot of sense because those are only one true day. However, "1 week ago" could mean anywhere from 5 days ago to 13 days ago. I don't really know what "1 week ago" means exactly.
