Show last version tag and prompt to provide new version
Replace [unreleased] placeholders throughout src files with the specified new version
Replace ### [unreleased] heading in changelog.md with specified new version and current date
Replace Stable Version header value in readme.txt for WordPress.org plugin page
.... anything else I do or need to confirm?
