Compact the design of the Asana authorization screen and improve overall styling

Simply put the Asana logo to the left-side, with the authentication form on the right-side. It should look better on a small laptop screen and be more compact.

Also, review the notes at the bottom of the screen. These can probably be removed or simplified, as well.
