Add Stripe customer portal link #53

I've just created the Stripe customer portal functionality. Our link is this: https://billing.stripe.com/p/login/fZeaGbh136yA9Pi7ss

The button can be something like "Manage Billing" or simply "Billing".

I was going to configure a custom domain but that apparently costs $10/mo. I doubt anybody really notices the domain name anyways since the page itself is branded so nicely.

I don't need this coded into the theme. I have added it to the navigation menu in the header.
