Rewrite in Assembly #3

The most performance limiting thing in "Purformance" is that it has been written in Java and it is too slow! Assembly would let us get significantly better performance.

this issue will get likely closed due to a performance issue. like every pull is closed! clsoing issue for performance won't make any sense! instead, they must use Their Own API,Purpur API 1.20.6-R0.1-SNAPSHOT. if is not merged, then i will call Purformance, PurpurCement: Perfectly Runs In Windows Cement!
