[x] Enable Travis CI support for this repo
[x] Create initial .travis.yml file
[ ] Fix .travis.yml to support both Go and Node
- Ensure that npm run build runs before go test

@crisp is now working on the part of this that entails getting multi-language support + unit tests running for both Node and Go
