Refactor to add custom bootstrap theme

Adds customized bootstrap3 theme and removes a lot of cruft. Also removes the asd.html page.

I took Cyborg from https://bootswatch.com/3/ and customized it a bit (within style.css). Made the background a little lighter and the text a little dark to make it easier on the eyes.
