Add language #32

I‘ve translated the yaml locale file and changed its name, but nothing changed. Should I modify any codes?

Are you running on dev-master? Otherwise try 0.6.0 (just pushed it). I'm tagging @jtojnar who did the localization, I haven't tested it myself

IIRC, no code modification is necessary. You may need to clear cache.
