Convert to SCSS #6

I started this off in old school sass as I hadn't used it before, but I'm pretty keen to convert this to SCSS as I find it a lot more readable and it definitely seems to be the standard from what I've seen.

Should be pretty straight forward to convert the syntax.

This is complete in the development Branch and I'll close it when its merged.
