cannot get notifications since yesterday 2 november #340

I use version 7.18.11 for my Android cordova app (I cannot use 8 because build fails). With targetsdk=28 and targetsdk=29, since yesterday 2 november, I cannot receive any notification, of course until yesterday, and for ages, no problems with notifications. Please help, what's could be the issue?

hello just notified from users, that iOs app neither is no longer able to get notifications. Please help me.
