1 year ago @zdellaert is a star and found all forty of the frozen (-80 J freezer) December 2021 gametogenesis Acropora pulchra physiological samples mixed in with a November E5 molecular and physiological samples bag brought during the December 2021 transport. @daniellembecker separated the samples and made a new bag in the J -80 freezer for the samples in a labeled green mesh bag.
@AHuffmyer and @hputnam brought back 40 Acropora pulchra coral fragments for Danielle from the first timepoint (December 2021) of the Gametogenesis monthly time series in December 2021 to URI. Hollie mentioned they were in a mesh bag in the J -80 freezer. They have yet to be found in the lab after Danielle and others have searched and after the detailed freezer inventory has been made. @AHuffmyer wrote on the Moorea_Equip-Supp_Inventory on the December2021_Samplelist tab that they were brought back in the dry shipper that trip. If everyone can please keep there eye out for a mesh bag with 40 coral fragments in whirl paks in any of the freezers, that would be great!
