Need some excuse for wishing (a classic in fantasy). #3

Djinn would require me to make an entire djinn creature. What other things could I add? Wishing well, has 1% chance of granting a wish when stuff is "thrown" into it? That's too micromanagey, though.

Amend this by adding "in fort mode".
