ETF 4.0 support added #43

ETF file locations changed due to architechtury implimentation

ETF now has a file ETFApi.class that holds everything puzzle needs and will retain compatibility

had to increase the jvm memory argument for it to build on my end :/

Thanks, I was on vacation, so I haven't got around to fixing this myself.
