Player Mode link doesn't work #630

From https://puzzlehunt.azurewebsites.net/ph21/author/Teams?id=1023, if I select “Player Mode” from the leftmost dropdown, it stays in Author Mode.

Bumping this issue, since both Sam and I started hitting it today when testing and it's annoying. I'm hoping it's just a broken ID or link. Gonna poke around and see if there's anything obvious now.

Looks like there's a comment out section in ServerCore/Pages/Teams/Play.cshtml. I don't have a test environment set up, so hopefully someone sees this and picks it up.

I've noticed that bug in a few places. It appears to happen when there is no player page with the same url path (where the admin path and player path to similar functionality diverges).
