Add a "participation certificate" #859

Sample template: "XXX, as a member of Team T, came in Mth place out of N on MM/DD/YYYY. Congratulations!"

Showing on the Team details page seems sufficient, but if the main event homepage were more context aware (knows if you've registered and shows relevant info, knows when pregame is active and shows relevant info, etc.), it could just live there after the event ends.
