Unlock Single Player Puzzle page tweaks #970

All users are currently duplicated on that page if they have multiple underlying user entries. It seems to affect us authors the worst since we've got lots of roles in lots of events. Since the unlock links for all of those duplicates are also duplicate, they should be able to be deduped safely. Also, there's no default sort applied, which would be nice.

@jbodner09 , can you clarify what you mean when you say that the page has multiple underlying user entries? Do you have a screenshot?
