New command : ~addalias #32

~addalias on all commands (or custom commands only)

If added, redo all aliases to use this suite (add/remove alias)

This could be done on all commands, but I only really want to do it for custom commands. BTW, before we get too involved with custom commands we should read more about what discord 2.0 will look like and the future of discord bots. Some of this stuff may be useless if, for instance, bots can no longer read messages. wouldn't want to spend our next 2 months developing custom commands if they get nuked come January.
