Supporting text (field descriptions) for configuration section #432

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Some of the fields used in configuration sections can be difficult to understand.

Describe the solution you'd like Include supporting text for ALL fields.

No progress so far. Latest lists have been done when implemented. Like 'Prosjektadministrasjonsroller' and 'Tidslinjekonfigurasjon' done by @Remi749 and @olemp

In general we should have a look behind all the elements listed in 'Konfigurasjon.aspx'

FYI: This issue is regarding site fields descriptions, not configuration buttons on the configuration page.

Closing this issue as it has to do with SiteField description and was done in 1.5.0
