Phase webpart does not reflect corect phase information

Describe the bug First observed when Bygg&Anlegg was released. If you after working in a project of the type "Anlegg", goes to a "Bygg" project the phase indicator indicates phase inormation from the 'Anlegg' TermSet. Visualization with correct phase TermSet is first triggered after a update/ syncronitazion of Projectmetadata from 'Prosjetkegenskaper'

To Reproduce

• Enter this (Anlegg type) project: https://prosjektportalen.sharepoint.com/sites/AnleggTest01/SitePages/Hjem.aspx
• Change a value in 'prosjektegenskaper' that forces a syncroization of project data.
• Verify correct phase information accordingly to the Termset 'Anlegg'
• Enter this (Bygg type) project: https://prosjektportalen.sharepoint.com/sites/BjrnafjordenByggeprosjekt/SitePages/Hjem.aspx
• Observe that phase data on Home page reflects Anlegg Termset (This is the error, should be reflecting Bygg)
• Change a value in 'prosjektegenskaper' that forces a syncroization of project data.
• Verify that phase information on Home page is updated and reflects the Bygg Termset

Expected behavior Phase information on Home page should be correct (updated) accordingly with project and project type (all times)
