Work on implementing reverse mapping from phonetic translation

Description

Given a phonetic translation of a phrase, we need to translate it back into English. As of 10/04/24, we aren't entirely decided on a specific model for this process, but will update this ticket as needed.

Acceptance Criteria

• Understand reverse mapping code
• Create a working model specific to Gibberle
• Research how to create a non-cloud API for testing purposes
• File(s) have good structure with lots of comments
