Documentation of G2P model

Description

Now that we have a working G2P model, the next steps are adding ample comments and documenting how the model works.

Acceptance Criteria

• Ample comments should be provided inside the g2p.py and train-g2p.py files.
• A complete document should be created outlining the innerworkings of the model.
• Slideshows should be created by team members to present portions of the model to the group.
