Credential harvester is not working

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see credentials. I see none.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Fresh Kali linux installation in VBox

Please provide any additional information below.
Bridged connection. 
Kali has own IP address, in the same network as all other devices.
Interface and gateway are correct.

In the host machine, typing arp -a shows the mac address of the Kali eth0 
interface, leading me to believe that ARP was indeed successful. Subterfuge 
gets some cookies, never any credentials.

Tried a variety of websites including:
Facebook, ANZ (internet banking), GitHub, Stack Overflow, LinkedIN
