Automatic Refresh Functionality

The web interface for Subterfuge does not currently "auto-refresh" itself. The 
web page has to be manually refreshed to see a change in status or to see any 
credentials harvested since the last refresh occurred.

"Start/Stop" button will display incorrect "status" if you browse to the 
Settings page while a MITM attack is currently in progress. The button will 
display "Start" when it should be displaying "Stop" and is also missing the 
active progress bar. 

After clicking Start to begin a MITM attack, the interface does not update to 
show that it has started. You need to manually refresh the page to see the 
status/progress bar and the correct button. 

Operating System:   Kali Linux - fresh install with latest updates
Web Broswer:        Chrome - latest version as of 21 March 2013
Subterfuge Version: 5.0.6 - latest version as of 21 March 2013

The Iceweasel browser that comes by default with Kali Linux works correctly.
