The title does not unlock trophies based on data that does not guarantee the data owner/creator and the current user are the same.

Explanation:
For the awarding of trophies to be fair, it is necessary to guarantee that trophies are unlocked only as a direct result of the user's gameplay. The application must therefore prevent trophies from being obtained through the use of another user's save data; make sure to guarantee the linkage between the data and its owner when handling save data.
When data relevant to unlocking trophies - such as, character data and progress of gameplay - is saved to a network storage, make sure the owner of this data and the current user are the same by checking the PlayStation®Network account.
When the user purchases a new PlayStation®3 and replaces it with an old PlayStation®3, thereby losing trophy configuration data, the title can unlock trophies previously-obtained by the user after the user loads his/her save data and game data, and satisfies the conditions to obtain those trophies once again. Make sure the game is not designed to prevent the title from being able to unlock trophies that have not yet been earned by the user.
Details of handling trophies and owner information can be found in the documents "NP Trophy Overview", "Application Requirements", and "Save Data Utility Overview".
