TST: Fixed up unit and doc tests, set up continue integration testing on Travis CI #11

Cleaned up the style of the Python code to follow PEP8.
Fixed unit tests to use the assert_allclose statement, tests now pass.
Fixed up doc tests, now pass.
Added .travis.yml file for continuous integration testing on Travis CI.

Results from CI testing can be seen at: https://travis-ci.org/jjhelmus/aoslib

Someone who has admin access for the PyAOS/aoslib repo can turn on the testing for that account, or give them to be and I can turn it on.
